Male DOB- April 13, 1968. I was adopted in North York, Ontario. I was named David at birth but it was changed to Mark as there was already a David in the family. I went to my adoptive parents home between the age of 6-10 days. The North York Children’s Aid society handled the adoption. The name of the CAS worker who handled the case was Wanda Wakefield. I was adopted by a family who had 3 biological daughters ages 3, 5 & 7 at the time. I had dark blonde hair with red in it and hazel eyes. I have a dark birth mark on the back of my left leg. I have large teeth, very broad shoulders and distinctive cheek bones. I am a little over 5 "9". I am good at drawing and play the piano. Looking for anyone related to me.
