My daughter was adopted by a lady named Amanda and her husband and can’t recall his name they lived on Louisa Street here in Kitchener they were the only she was the only child that they had she was 9 years old when the adoption was finalized she was adopted out in 2019 was finalized I believe I am her biological mother was the agency that was involved with me and my children my name is Sandra Rose Hayward the mom and then her father was real Bouchard her name is Kassandra Yvette Monica Evelyn Hayward Bouchard she was 9 years old at a time of adoption she also has two brothers David Hayward-DaSilva and Alberto JrHayward-DaSilva in the final Court docket my family the grandparents on both sides of our mom and dad were allowed contact with Cassandra her older brothers were both allowed visitations and contact with her but I was team that I could no longer be a mother because I couldn’t keep myself safe from my ex partner Mr Bouchard as well as Mr Bouchard lost his rights too
