Baby Girl Howard. She was born at Altus AFB. I had been active duty Army and went to stay with my friends mom in Elk City‚ OK to deliver the baby and move forward with the adoption process. My social worker was named Amy Madigan unsure if it’s her married or maiden name. The couple that adopted my baby ran into my friends mom in the hospital and they met. I didn’t know this till years later. I believe dad was Airforce and they were a biracial couple. As my baby was biracial. They had been trying to have a baby for 10 years without success.
