My biological father’s name is Fredrick Allen Cook and my biological mother’s name is Maxine Frances Morris. I was born on April 22nd 1978 at university hospital in Oklahoma city Oklahoma. I am currently trying to find my biological sister that was adopted out at birth. Her birth month and date is incorrect on here but it didn’t give the option of unknown. According to my biological father she was born a year to a year and a half after I was. Family has always been an important thing in my life.
