Hello, I am seaching for my Mother’s parents. She was adopted in Oklahoma by the Trosper family sometime around 1957-1958. I cant find her birth records. I do know her mothers name was Cecelia Dirt. And her fathers name was charles little charley. I am looking for information on Cecelia. I cant find a death record for her or a birth record for my mother or any of her kids.
