I was born 10-Jun-1975, at St. John’s in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The last name on my adoption papers is Carlton. I don’t know if this was my mother’s last name or my father’s. My mother was 16 when she gave birth to me. My father was in the military. As far as I know they were not married. My mother had 5 brothers and sisters and they all had red hair. I am 6’ tall, with red hair, blue eyes. I am looking for my birth family for medical reasons. I would like to know my medical history and what sorts of things run in my family. I have 3 children of my own and I can’t tell doctors if certain diseases run in my family or not.
