My husband was adopted at birth. He was born in Pauls Valley, OK on July 22, 1976 at 9:49 a.m.. His adoptive parents, Marcus and Ann Brackeen got him when he was two days old on Ann’s Birthday. The only info my husband has regarding the adoption came from his mom and it is a piece of paper with the names, Sheila and Troy Baker. We are unsure if this is names of the birth parents or the grandparents because the birth mother was said to be a fifteen and therefore a minor at the time.
