Dr. Max Deardorff delivered me at St. Francis hospital in Tulsa‚ Ok. on May 28th‚ 1970 at 11:59am. I was adopted immediately at birth. Dr. Max and my adoption family were friends. I was told that my birth Mother was young. Maybe 17 years of age. I have seen papers of the Law Firm that assisted my birth parents in changing my name to Matthew. However the only birth certificate that I know of shows my adoption parents and my name as Matthew. I don’t know how to move forward here but am hopeful this forum might help. Thank you.
