Born on 04/19/2000 at 1845 p.m. in Anaheim Ca, Doctor is listed as Henry Chung MD at Saint Jude Medical Center. She is a female and I am working with her at a community facility. Since she is not 18 and does not have support to search for family I am trying to help her. Her situation is not great and she will be abandoned at the age of 18.
