Lucille was born 1903/1904 to Ben Beard & Jennie Curry ?(Deans?) in Arkansas then adopted shortly after to a family name Tull in Shawnee, Oklahoma. It is believed she was orphaned then adopted but all research & rumors. I have a newspaper article that I inherited which started my investigation & search. She married George M. Tapp in the 1920’s and had 4 boys with him. They resided in Oregon state by 1930 census where they reunited with Finley and his wife Virtuel. Lucille remarried to Frank H Palmer in 1938. Finley died tragically in 1948. Their "Father", Ben Beard moved to Weedpatch & Bakersfield California in the 1930’s till his death in 1956. Lucille died in 1980.
