I was born at Claremore Indian Hospital on March 8th, 1986. My birth name was Amanda Lynn Deathridge (unsure of spelling). I was adopted by Jimmie and Blythe Downing. The adoption was finalized in 1987. I believe my birth mother is from Sand Springs or Sapulpa. I was told that she visited a bar and left me with the bartender to be adopted by friends or a friend or coworker. I’m unsure of the relationship between the bartender and my mother. They may have not known each other at all. I do not have any information regarding my biological father.
