Yes I am looking for my adoptive brother. He was born in Oklahoma. Maybe around 1963. His birth Mother.. Was Helen Marie Holder at the time.. She is now deceased. I do know the people who adopted him were from Tulsa Oklahoma Bank. Please any information I can find out. Would greatly be appreciated.
