My name is Christine Johnson‚ i was born 10/23/2007 in okc at osu/ou hospital (i forgot which one) ‚ im not exactly sure how this goes or what to do in order to find my biological parents. I was adopted out of foster care june 2010 and my adopted parents changed my last name‚ and my mother knew my original last name but she has passed during covid and my father wasnt very good with that stuff so he is unaware of what it was. To my knowledge i believe it to either be Martinez‚ or James. I was adopted with my older brother and little brother. My older brother is 19 i am 18 and my little brother is 17. My mother was supposedly white while my older brothers dad was supposedly Hispanic aswell as my father also Hispanic or white (not sure) my little brothers dad is black. We all share the same mother‚ but different fathers and I remember my adopted mom speaking about our last names being switched or something like that because my biological mom didn’t really know who was whose father. im not sure. I live in Texas now‚ so I’m no longer a resident of Oklahoma‚ but I was adopted there before moving and I believe I was adopted through the public Foster system and my parents rights were taken from them because they had a history of drug use and abuse as well as my mom was a prostitute to my knowledge. I do have a younger sister who I have never met as she was adopted right after her birth and my adopted parents weren’t notified of her so that we could have all been in the same home. She’s younger and I’m sure in a close adoption as well so I know that that reunion will probably not happen until she is up age and if she wants that. Now I do want to meet my biological parents I’m just not sure how to go about that. I’m a senior in high school. I’m graduating in two months and leaving for Boot Camp in four for the Army‚ and I thought about this since October after i turned 18. I just wanna have a conversation with them. I know I was a little‚ but I do remember so much and I don’t know who to reach out to to find these answers. My adopted dad fully supports me but can only do so much. Please let me know what it is i can do in order to get this going. I do know that my last name has been changed on my birth certificate and my parents that adopted me are on it not my biological parents. But my first name is the same. My older brothers name is the same and little brothers og middle name is now his first name. So its chrissy (me) josiah (my older brother) and jordan (my little brother). I know this is lengthy and probably super unprofessional. Please just let me know if there’s anything you can do. Have a wonderful day!
