My dad has never met his birth parents. He only knows that his birth name was Kenneth Wayne Helbert, or Kenneth Wayne Halbert. His adoptive mother never told him and destroyed his birth certificate. His name now is Kevin Don Clift. He was adopted by Theo Charlene (Brandon) Clift, and Lory J. Clift. My dad was born August 4th 1964. He has always wanted to know his real parents, or if he have any siblings, especially since both of his adoptive parents have passed. Thank you so much.
