My Sister had. Baby girl at Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City Okla. a Social Wirker named Ruby from Turley Children’s Home in Turley OK facilitated the adoption of this child and picked the baby up from the Hospital and delivered the baby to the adoptive parents who may have lived in Tulsa Oklahoma. My family has been members of the Church of Christ for a very long time. It is possible the adoptive family may have also been members of this church. My Sister‚ Cynthia Kay Francis was a teen when she gave birth. She resided with our parents in Greenbay Wisconsin but came and lived with my family in OKC while pregnant and delivering the baby. Later in life she delivered a Son who is currently living who would be her half brother. I currently live in Tulsa OK and would like to facilitate a reunion with this young woman if she would be agreeable.
