My dad was born in Oklahoma City, OK in 1948, first born child of Frankie Jo Phillps (her other last names were Marshall, Jackson, Sanchez, Baskins) She passed away in 1992, her name at that time was Frankie Jo Baskins and she lived in Hackett, Arkansas. The state of Oklahoma removed my dad and all of his siblings from her care and they were seperated. The children who’s father was Jackson all went to live with him, possibly in Texas. Samuel, Steve Albert, Marsha. We know that Steve Albert "SA" is now deceased. My dad and the youngest child, a baby named Frank (last name unknown) were sent to live in a foster home in Ada, Oklahoma with a family who’s last name was Wade. We are assuming that Frank’s name was changed by adopted parents. Frankie went on to have more children and their last name was Marshall. A girl named Tommy and twin boys Ronald and Donald. We do know one of the twins is deceased now, possibly both. My dad would like to find if any of his siblings are still alive and reunite if they desire. Frankie’s parents were Oliver Purvis "OP" Phillips and Ora Ethel Southern. We have been in contact with some extended family through DNA tests with 23 and Me and Ancestry. As far as we know my dad is the only one who had a different father, his last name was Jacobs and was from Antlers, Oklahoma.
