My mother was adopted in Cushing Oklahoma September 8, 1955 by Mr and Mrs J.R Kennedy (my grandparents) . The only information that I have is her biological father W.A Waters was a friend of my grandparents and was a doctor. My mother’s biological mother was Maxine Williams. From what I was told this was a private adoption.
