His birth Parents are listed as JC Martin and Bernice Martin in his adoption court records. His father is said to have died in June 1922. Location unknown. William Haskell Martin and his older sister were taken to oklahoma methodist orphanage in oklahoma city oklahoma in 1923. His sister was Georgia Dell Martin born 1920. They were adopted separately. William became William Floyd Noblitt afterwards.
