My mom adopted her daughter through the Catholic Charities in Oklahoma City in November of 1963. The adoption took place on the 20th in Childrens Court Services. I have a piece of the record from the court. It has a case number of 1823. There is a name Mary Roden? Not sure about that. My sister was given a name Geraldine Hopkins. My mothers name was Verla Christine Hopkins, now Cosby. The court clerk was Lillian Wilson. And my mother thinks the people who adopted her were attorneys. So that’s all the information I have.
