I was born at a hospital in Oklahoma City and was apparently already assigned to new parents before I was born as the adopting parents’ names appear on the birth certificate. The hospital name space is blank. We can presume this was a young, single birth mom, who probably was sent to a sequester-away birthing home situation and the whole adoption was being managed by an agency as it was sufficiently organized that a birth certificate with adoptive parents’ name was created. Or maybe this is ordinary? I don’t know. What I do know is that the adoptive parents had me in possession in the first few days. Genetic data has been uploaded as a .csv file.
