I am looking for my Neice. She is African American and Caucasian. She was living with her maternal grandmother in Oklahoma and later entered the system. I attempted to find her. When I contacted the OPS I was told she was adopted. I was able to leave my name in her file should she ever request to see it. I just want to know that she is safe and loved.
