Hi I am looking for my niece born in mid-Feb 1961. She was given the name, Donna Jean or possibly Donna Lee, in a home for unwed mothers in Cleveland OH. The home was run by Catholic Charities, and the adoption was through Catholic Charities. I had contacted Catholic Charities and learned the baby was adopted by a rural family of European ethnicity. That is all the info they would release. My sister, mom, passed away in 2008.
