I have a birth record given to me by my adopted mother. The record was listed as born in Liverpool Ohio in 1958 to Phyllis Jean Fletcher (fathers name was listed as Robert Ralph Hendrix). My adopted mother told me to never lose this record because i could not get another. She said she adopted me at age 7.She also told me not to try to find my records they were closed.I think i may be related to my mothers family who are Fletchers..
