Hello! So, my father was adopted when he was around 7 years old, and he passed away almost 6 months ago. I don’t know why but something just came over me that I need to find his birth parents, and his brothers and any other family that I would be able to find. My fathers name is Scott Patrick Papp, before he was adopted, his last name was Newell. I know he lived in Ohio, but I don’t know what city. He was the middle child of 3 boys. His birthday is October 16th, 1970. ( October 16 1970 ) I can’t think of anything else that I need to include.
