My request is completely backwards or anyones I know. As a young child‚ under the age of 2‚ I was put in foster care and the foster parents adopted me. The adoption wasn’t done correctly and my parents fought for their rights to be returned. I was born Dec 4‚ 1966 and was returned to my biological family sometime in 1968. I have always wanted to get in touch with the family who had wanted me to be their child. They lived in the vacinity of Columbus Ohio.
