I have located my birth dad I am looking for my birth mom I was born in Springfield Ohio 1978 at the community Hospital Corporation the doctor was Ki Hwan Lee I was born at 12:35 p.m. I was adopted between the years of 1980 and 1981 as far as I am aware I was removed from the home so the adoption may have been handled through the state I do have a brother we have the same mother different dad we were adopted by the same parents I am mainly looking for medical history I would also like to know if there are any other siblings out there that I’m not aware of. My birth mother’s name is Teresa Moore and my birth father’s name was Bruce Shope
