Based on results of 23 and me that my oldest son did I have a parent who is alleged to be first generation from England and a first cousin who was from Ohio in Fairfield area who lives in North Carolina now who I have had some contact with. I was allegedly adopted a few weeks after my birth on 10/ 26/69 and through the Cincinnati Children’s Home. I was born in Cincinnati General Hospital. I am 49 yeas old male and live in Kentucky and had wonderful adopted parents. Out of respect I decided not to pursue my birth parents. Both adopted parents have now passed and I am curious about my lineage. My I have very dark almost black hair and brown eyes but fair skin. I get mistaken for being Greek often but I have three sons the oldest looks like me as do the other two but they have auburn hair and one has blue eyes. My listed ancestry is supposed to be English and German. My mother resided in the Fairfield area of Ohio and she was one of two siblings at the time and her father had been an Airforce colonel who died in 1962 from Hepatitis. My mother lived with her mother who gave piano lessons to earn extra month. My father worked in a factory and was 21 and my mother was 18 and felt she was too young to get married and wanted me to grow up in a two parent home. Both birth parents were high school graduates and my mother wanted to go to art school.
