Hi my name is Lee‚ I have been looking for my half sister for a very long time. Our mother didn't speak English at the time of the adoption. Mom's name is Chong Suk Lee (birth maiden name. ) don't have much info. Mom- Chong Suk Frampton 11/2/1943 My step dad not in the pic. ( James Framton and Rober E Bond are not the father of my missing adopted Sister. My biological dad- Robert E. Bond My brother‚ Robert Edward Bond III 4/05/1964 Me‚ Lee Helen Bond‚ 04/22/1966 My memory is bad now I believe my mom said she left him but then they tried to get back together and she ended up pregnant (she had a boyfriend) baby girl was born black so my biological dad had my mom sign her rights away in the hospital but he told her to sign thinking she was signing to be released. Mom didn't speak English well and couldn't read or write back then. All I know is it was in Ohio don't know what city we lived in before mom met my Step dad‚ James Frampton and married him and I was raised 203 Clinton street Youngstown Ohio. So guessing after 1967? Any help is greatly appreciated.
