My son andrew michael dillow who is now 10 years of age,was placed for adoption with my 2 younger siblings ,hailey marie dillow 11 years of age and richard alan dillow 9 years of age, in the year 2011 i believe..i was very young and wasnt ready to be a mother..i had contact with them until he was 4..fccs was involved at the time of adoption i lost contact after that. since then i have contacted fccs for help but the system has changed and they cant locate the adopted parents mothers name jessica or jessika and john i dont remember the last name i remember it being wachs or whalks something like that...adoption took place in columbus ohio..im sure they changed their last names after the adoption...he now has 4 other siblings and i cannot find him or my younger siblings please help!!
