I am searching for my birth mother & father‚ grandparents‚siblings‚ and any other relatives. I am a female born March 4‚ 1972 at 3:11am at Akron City Hospital. Delivered by Ronald Mitchell. I weighted 5lb 7oz and 18 inches long. My birth mother age at the time of my birth is 15 years old and she was 5'6". She was in the 9th grade at the time. My birthfather age at the time of my birth he was 18 years old and senior in high school. My adoption was done by Family and Children's Service Society on 90 N. Prospect St‚ Akron‚ OH. I was placed for adoption at 11 monthes old. I know that my birth mother did not want to give me up but keeping me would have been a financial strain on her family. My maternal gandmother went to my paternal grandmother to see if they could help out financial so that my birth mother could keep me. My birth mother was is one of seven children and the second oldest. My maternal grandparents were a rubber worker and teacher's aid. My birth father had a older brother and twin brother and sister and another sister that were younger than he. The last time my birth mother seen my birth father was April 72. My birth name could have been TeAta. The adoption counselor name was Teri Mitchell. I heard later on that I may have a brother by my birth mother. I would love to find any of my family to get to know and be a family again. And any medical history too. I have asthma and I know that one of my birth mother sibling has asthma also.
