I am looking for a half sister. She was born in Tiffin Ohio I believe. Could have been born in Toledo Ohio. Last name of our mother would have either been Goff or Estep. I have another half sister who found me through open adoption records in Ohio. I was not adopted out. My mom was able to keep me. CPS removed my sisters and put them in foster care and then adopted them out. I was not born yet. I am the youngest of the three of us. There is a possibility of someone by the last name of Koontz/Kuntz (Sp) who could have fostered my sisters.
