I gave up my daughter for adoption before Christmas 1969 through Catholic Services in Franklin County, Columbus , Ohio. I was told that the adopting parents also had an adopted son and were medically unable to have their own children. I was also told that the prospective parents were employed by a college or university somewhere in Ohio. I know the records are sealed in Ohio but I’m hoping that my daughter will attempt to look for me. The date of her birth was either December 15 or 16th, 1969 and I signed the final adoption papers one week later.
