My father by means of adoption‚ Arnold Arthor Angel stated that Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Arthor and Diane (Dianne) Ruth Angel (COLVIN) brought me over from the country of Germany‚ along with their two daughters Theresa Lynne Angel and Marsha Louise Angel when I was "about one and a half years old. Regarding my birth certificate‚ Diane Ruth Angel gave me my first birth certificate at age 15 for a CLD driver’s permit. At 16 years old I received my first California drivers license (CDL). I used the birth certificate given to me by Diane Angel (COLVIN) reads that I have been adopted as Julie Marie Angel‚ born November 5‚ 1961‚ County of "Daton"‚ Columbus‚ Ohio. Then‚ after Dianne Ruth Angel (COLVIN) deceased in 2010 Arnold Author Angel stated that my birth certificate is from the county of "Franklin"‚ Columbus‚ Ohio. While searching Vital statistics‚ I came across my own birth record listing Mrs. Diane Ruth Angel (COLVIN) as my "HALF" mother. I do not know who my biological parents are and would greatly appreciate any help that anyone may be able to give in regards. Thank you.Regards‚ Julie Marie Angel
