Hi! My sister was given up for adoption just before I was born. Her birth name was Amanda Carolina Rose Prout. I now heard that her name could be changed to Amanda Bates now. She’s is 19 and was born around the end on August so she will be 20 soon! I also believe she lives in illinois now, but i am not too sure. She was adopted by her birth fathers family but my moms side and me don’t have any contact or any whereabouts she could be now! The family name is Prout though
