I was told my niece was born at Blanchard Valley Hospital (hancock co, ohio)(could have been born at Wood Co Hospital Ohio) and taken at birth. Her parents were Leland K Dean and Phyllis M Atchison (Dean). In their divorce records she was born Oct. 15, 1970 and taken by Wood Co. Ohio children services from Phyllis room at birth. They named her Jennifer Marie Dean, I don’t know if this was recorded as her name since she was taken at birth or if this is what they called her for themselves. She has a biological brother which we have found and wants to meet her terribly.
