I am a female who is searching for my either of my birth parents and/or any other relatives. My birthday is March 12, 1969. I was born at 10:14am at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Children’s Home is/was the agency used for my adoption. My understanding is I was placed for adoption right after I was born. I know nothing beyond positive agreement regarding my birth father and the decision to place me for adoption. My birth mother was working as a secretary at the time. Information I received when I was in college is that my birth mother lived and worked somewhere on the east/northeast side of Cincinnati. I also was told that my birth mother later had another child, a son (so I have a half brother too). I have no additional information about my birth father beyond the basic age, height, eye color, etc. I do have some basic family information (descriptive). Heritage on both sides is German, Irish, Dutch. I do know my birth mother was listed on an information paper as single, my birth father was listed as married. My birth mother had a recently broken engagement and relationship with my birth father was considered superficial. There were some taller people on my birth mother’s side (she was 5’8" and her father was around 6’6"). I have 2 daughters now. I am 5’6" tall and both of my girls are similar in height, build, and hair color. I assume they get it from my birth mother’s side! I am blond (it is darker/more brown now that I am older) with blue/hazel eyes. My two girls are similar so I assume it is hereditary since my husband has brown hair and eyes.
