I was born October 26, 1969 at Cincinnati general Hospital and my mother surrendered me to the Cincinnati Children’s home on October 31 of that month. I was adopted November 21st by my adopted parents. My mother was 18 and interested in Art school, my father was 21 and worked in a factory. My mother was residing in the Fairfield area of Ohio. Her mother may have been from England and her father was an Airforce Colonel who died in 1962. My maternal grandmother gave piano lessons and had 2 years of college. My paternal grandfather worked at Dayton Tire and Rubber Both my parents were high school graduates. The adoption was through the Cincinnati Children’s Home and I was the second child adopted from their by my adopted parents. Both my adopted parents are now deceased and out of respect I didn’t do this while they were alive as both were great loving parents but I have always been curious as to my linage and family history. My son did 23 and me and it yielded the results that one of the parents may have been first generation from England and I look have dark brown hair and brown eyes but with fair skin. 23 and me reported my lineage to either Portugal or Spain the Iberian peninsula and German and English. Records I obtained list my mother as English and father as German and English.
