I was born in Cleveland, Ohio at metro health hospital I believe. I was adopted with 3 other of biological siblings all boys. I believe I was adopted at the age of 2 or 3 by Arthur givens. When I was adopted my last name was changed to my adopted parents name so it is Elizabeth Blair Givens. I am currently 19 and I’m getting that urge to try and figure out who my birth parents are.
