Born at St Vincents Hospital in Toledo Ohio not sure how long he had lived at Miami Children’s Home before he went to foster homes but I do know that he had some medical problems at birth and had to stay in the hospital for some time... the doctors placed a tube in his stomach(?) Not sure how long but I was told he was adopted in 1976. His name was changed to what i do not know.Lord have mercy . He was born James Ellis Drayton and Pulley could have been on the record cause that was my mothers name....and I was underage at the time Please anyone that knows anything please have sone sympathy or empathy and contact me
