The birth took place in Columbus‚ Ohio. I believe in Mt. Sinai Hospital. I spent the final 3 months of my pregnancy in "The Friends Home for Unwed Mothers" or just "Friends Home‚" in Columbus. I gave my birth daughter the name‚ Angela Sue‚ but don’t know if it was changed by the adopting couple. Her last name would have been "Creviston" on the birth certificate. I do remember being told the adopting father’s occupation and some other limited info about her family-to-be.
