My name is Donna Jean Taylor. I was adopted at around age 3 in East Liverpool, OH or in Stuebenville, OH from Arthur Douglas. My adopted parents were Glenn R. and Faye Taylor, who at the time resided in Stuebenville. I have been told that I have sister that was adopted by another family. Her age, name and when she was adopted is not known to me. It is possible she has scars from abuse suffered at the hands of our biological parents.
