I am not sure of any of the dates but it seems to me he was born around early May. His father was from the Cleveland, Ohio area and his first name was David Devitt, I think. The birthplace was Columbus, Ohio but can’t remember the hospital, I want to say Riverside but I really can’t remember. I had to give up two kids and can’t remember which belongs to what info. I think his adoption was with Family Crittenden Services but really am guessing, that could be the daughter. If not it probably would be Franklin County Children Services. I used both. I do want to say that I was lied to at the time of birth and was told he was still born. I was going through great trauma at the time of his birth so this was no surprise to me that he had but you can image my shock decades later to find out it was a lie. My name at the time of his birth was Tyra Bungard. My biological daughter really wants to find the siblings she didn’t know she had before I die because she always hates that she is an only child.
