I was born 12/20/52, at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Dayton, OH, the maternity wing was called St. Anne’s at 10:30 pm. My biological parents worked together and when my mother became pregnant, I was told my father took her to United Way to arrange for an adoption. My mother was young and my father was married to someone else at the time. I was told I had low birth weight, I lived with a foster family I called the lady of the house Mimi, and she had a teenage daughter. In July 1955 I was adopted by Robert and Carol Choate and their son Robert Jr. of Kettering, OH. I had shocking blonde/white hair and big blue eyes. My adoptive parents are now both deceased. I’ve had a wonderful life that God’s fate has given me - they were very good to me and treated me as any natural child would be. But now I have some rather severe medical issues and I need some medical history - but that’s not the only reason I am looking. I have always wondered who my biological parents are, but I waited until my adoptive parents passed on, out of respect.
