My adoptive parents were Charles and Carol Reinhart of Plymouth Ohio. I was born in Mansfield Ohio at the local hospital. I believe my biological mother’s name was Janet Frank. After I was born I went to an orphanage in Mansfield Ohio which no longer exists. I believe my adoptive parents got me on April 17‚ 1972 or around that date. I am looking for a sibling that I believe was still with my biological mother when I was born and the sibling was born in 1970.
