I am searching on behalf of my mother. She was taken away from her parents along with her siblings. We are unsure how many siblings she has, we know of a few and she remembers having twin brothers, an older sister name Kathy, possibly short for Katherine and a younger sister named Debbie. Her parents names were Julia Ann Loftus and Charles Schiffbauer, both have passed and both were married 4-6 times. There are possibly a number of siblings that we are not aware of.
