My late mother (deceased as of Nov 5, 2004) was supposedly adopted as a young child. Her birth certificate shows Daniel E Johnson (deceased) and Sophia (Magilany) Johnson (deceased) as her birth parents. Her BC shows October 27, 1950 as a D.O.B. in Maumee, Ohio. Her BC also shows at least 4 siblings prior to her birth. The BC shows her birth name as Betty Jean Johnson, but she grew up near Swanton, Ohio with the name Betty Jo Mull and her "parents" celebrated her birthday on October 2 instead. Since my mother passed away fairly young (just after her 54th birthday) I am looking for medical history because I also have some medical issues myself which may be hereditary.
