I am searching for my half-brother, who I believe was born in the mid-1970s. Paul Reaver (full name William Paul Reaver, Jr.) is our father, and I’m not sure who his mother is. All I really know aside from that is that he was born in Springfield, OH (likely at Community Hospital or Mercy Hospital), and that he was adopted at birth. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
