Looking for my mother. I am male, brown eyes and hair. I was adopted at three months old from Catholic Charities in Cleveland, Ohio, from De Paul Infant Home? Birthdate is March 3, 1970. I believe the adoption date was May of 1970. I’m not sure of the rest of this information. Baby beads on child may be last name of mother, HENRY? Other information I’ve been given is possible last name Phillips or Phillip. Father’s name, possibly, FRANK? not sure if it’s first name or last. Mother 19, father in late 20’s? Mother was a secretary? Possibly worked in same company as father? Father possibly worked in sales in Ohio? If you are reading this, please let me know one way or another. Thank you.
