Seeking any information regarding the birth family of my mother (dob 9/3/1942.) Birthmother’s name may have been Marjorie Johnson, no middle initial, with an address in Toledo, Ohio. She allegedly worked at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Columbus and gave her age as 18 at the time of the infant’s birth in 1942. (Some research suggests that Marjorie herself was adopted, too.) The baby was born in the Toledo area on September 3, 1942 and later placed for adoption with a wonderful Ohio couple. We believe the baby was named Marilyn or Marilyn Louise at birth, and it was changed when she was adopted. I am seeking any information (particularly health information, but also anything general, such as ethnicity, possible living relatives, etc.,) not to disrupt but merely to satisfy my own curiosity. A friend’s research through Ancestry was a dead end. Thank you for any possible assistance you can offer.
