my Father has been searching for his birth sister for years now . his mother my grandmothers name is margaret minkos/welch my dad was born in 1968. his baby sister would have been born in or around 1972 to 1973 at doctors north hospita or st.anns hospital in columbus ohio the hospital north no longer exists. my fathers name is joseph allen welch my father has 2 older siblings that have passed away so this baby sister is the last sibling he has still living possibly my grandma was born in 1931 in steater Illinois.
